You guys have been awesome. Amazing. You're very professional, you're very engaging. You're very opposite personalities as well so you complement each other. And obviously you've got a lot of experience.
The biggest impact has been working with the team directly, having the ability to coach the team directly which a lot of our staff have never had before.
Even the team members who have had it before found it valuable, that 1:1 coaching allows them to have direct access to you. I think that's important.

Nicky does that for you and I am so glad to be able to have some sessions with her.
I love the 1:1 coaching sessions as they are always extremely relevant to what's happening in my world at that moment. I would not be the leader I am without these coaching sessions, they motivate and inspire me and always seem to happen exactly when I need them.
The half day sessions with other leaders have also been great to embed and refresh on the coaching tools learnt over the years.

It takes a weight off of my shoulders because it's not just on me now to train and develop my team.

NICKY MIKLOS-WOODLEY
To help you out, it’s pronounced ‘Mik-losh’
Hi there, I’ve been immersed in the world of sales, leadership, and professional coaching for 20+ years. My journey has been fuelled by an insatiable curiosity about human behaviour, leading me to develop a rather unique, people-centered approach to doing business.
In 2015, I took the plunge and founded my first coaching businesses, Evergreen Coaching. My goal? To use my sales and leadership experience to help other businesses achieve sustainable growth, boost profitability, and achieving high performance. My personal mission is all about helping individuals and teams tap into their full potential, breaking the cycles that hold them back in business, and in life.
I’m an accredited eDISC behavioural Profiler, a Level 3 Practitioner in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) with Meta Dynamics, and a certified Professional Coach and Trainer. But what really sets me apart is my passion for sparking deep personal and professional growth. I’ve been fortunate to guide countless individuals and teams through incredible breakthroughs and transformative results.
Whether I’m coaching, running workshops, or speaking at conferences, my priority is always the same: to help people not just succeed, but thrive. I want to see you unlock your full potential, both in your business and personal life.
VANESSA MEDLING
Affectionately known in the B2 Community as “Ness”
Having a genuine caring nature, I love to see others grow and develop into their full potential. It was a driving force behind shifting my career to become a coach when I was in my early 40’s.
In 2015 I started my first business, Inspiring Success, working with business owners and corporate leaders to help them develop themselves as strong leaders and influencers in the workplace. Having years of executive-level leadership experience and an in-depth understanding of human behaviour, my focus was on helping them step up to create success in a way that allowed them to lean into their strengths and see their own magnificence. It helps that I’m a natural relator, someone who has a knack for seeing the strengths in others.
I hold a Bachelor of Business, am an accredited Trainer and Consultant of both the Extended DISC Behavioural Profiling tool and Meta Dynamics™ Profiling Tool, an Accredited Meta Dynamics™ Practitioner & qualified coach. In early 2020 I completed the Coach for Innovators Certification and in 2023 became a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
As an enthusiastic and engaging speaker and presenter, I enjoy inspiring and motivating my audience so that they are still thinking about what they have experienced for days and weeks after the workshop has ended.
