I would say that there's nobody who should be excluded from doing a Business Diagnostic. I would even go as far as saying that it needs to be a fundamental part of an annual process that everyone does, so you can see the new problems that may come out of the last 12 months of operating. The biggest impact was the coaching for our team leaders. It was the ability to know that someone was going to help them essentially step in, have someone that's going to listen and support them, that was related to the business, but also related to their self development.
Since doing the Business Diagnostic, we've rolled out job descriptions and KPIs. It's been a very big culture shift and it's been a powerful one because everyone's feeling accountable but also has a lot of job pride.

How much time will I need to set aside? As the Business Owner, it could be as little as 3 hours depending on how much you'd like to dip into the support and laser coaching available to you. We work with your leaders and also do a confidential 360 survey of your entire team to help paint a picture of the current state of your business.

How do I know if the Diagnostic is right for me?
The Business Diagnostic is typically for businesses hitting $1-3M+ turnover, with a growing leadership team and 10-15 staff. It can help businesses across a variety of different industries. Is this delivered face-to-face or online?
Depending on your location, it can be a mix of both online and face-to-face. This will be determined in your onboarding of the Business Diagnostic.

Can I outsource this to my leaders?
This will be dependent on your organisational structure. In most cases, we do require you play at least a small role doing the confidential 360 survey and the initial All-In Leadership session, although depending on how established your leadership team is will impact this.

How much is the Diagnostic?
The investment for the 30 Day Business Diagnostic for businesses up to 5 leaders is $10K. If you have a bigger team, let's chat and we'll provide a bespoke quote tailored to your needs.

What are the payment terms?
We require full payment before kick-off of the Business Diagnostic. You can put a deposit down to hold dates and payment plans are also available on request.

Do you have a cancellation policy?
As we get to work behind the scenes as soon as you're booked in, there's no cancellation policy and no refund once work has commenced.

What happens after the 30 days?
We'll do a roadmap meeting at the end of the initial 30 days whereby we'll take you through the COMPASS results in detail, including a SWOT analysis and recommended next steps to bring your roadmap to life. We'll also discuss how Business Together can support you over the following months to make sure you and your team have the support needed to implement the roadmap at maximum efficiency.

Hi there, I’ve been immersed in the world of sales, leadership, and professional coaching for 20+ years. My journey has been fuelled by an insatiable curiosity about human behaviour, leading me to develop a rather unique, people-centered approach to doing business.
In 2015, I took the plunge and founded my first coaching businesses, Evergreen Coaching. My goal? To use my sales and leadership experience to help other businesses achieve sustainable growth, boost profitability, and achieving high performance. My personal mission is all about helping individuals and teams tap into their full potential, breaking the cycles that hold them back in business, and in life.
I’m an accredited eDISC behavioural Profiler, a Level 3 Practitioner in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) with Meta Dynamics, and a certified Professional Coach and Trainer. But what really sets me apart is my passion for sparking deep personal and professional growth. I’ve been fortunate to guide countless individuals and teams through incredible breakthroughs and transformative results.

Affectionately known in the B2 Community as “Ness”
Having a genuine caring nature, I love to see others grow and develop into their full potential. It was a driving force behind shifting my career to become coach when I was in my early 40’s.
In 2015 I started my first business, Inspiring Success, which saw me working with business owners and corporate leaders to help them develop themselves as strong leaders and influencers in the workplace. My focus was on helping them step up to create success in a way that allowed them to lean into their strengths and see their own magnificence.
After seven years the planets aligned for Nicky and I to create a partnership where I was able to tap into my superpowers as a business owner to help other business owners with teams find a way to experience growth and sustainability without burning themselves out.
Passionate about building wealth, particularly for women in business, over the past 5 years I’ve devoured everything I could – books, courses and programs that helped me understand more about wealth creation. It has been an absolute honour to work with others to create financial stability for themselves.
You’ll find me on my soapbox about focusing on profitability in business, breaking cycles of how we ‘should’ be doing business and how understanding what makes us tick is one of the most powerful life learnings we will ever have!
